Happy Thursday! It's time to post things that make us happy and share them on the internet. For more positive thoughts, check out Lee Anna's blog for more happy posts!
I like early morning walks with Scout at the park. We got to see our doggy friend Cleetus one day. We hadn't seen him since before the pandemic. Cleetus was a good friend of my late dog Seamus; we often walked together.
I'm enjoying watching the baby geese grow. This week we got to see the goslings in the water:
Scout is usually unaware of the goslings. But it's funny to watch Mama Goose whenever we walk along the path. She bobs her head up and down and forces the goslings out of the way of the approaching dog. The closer we get, the faster her head bobs up and down as if she is saying, "hurry up children, I told you to MOVE before the big black dog arrives!"
The garden is doing well, lots of rain lately and some seriously warm temperatures this week.
The heat means we are indoors by 11 a.m. I'm doing more sewing and that is always a good thing!
Wishing you the very best weekend!
Have a safe and happy day!

Glad you're getting early morning walks in at the park with Scout! The baby geese are definitely fun to see. Enjoy those beautiful flowers, too!
Hi Michele! Aww, how nice you got to meet Cleetus again in the park. And the baby ducks are so cute! Your garden looks so pretty. {{Hugs}} ~smile~ Roseanne
Cleetus is handsome. Those goslings are cute! Pretty flowers in your garden.
Awe Cleetus is sweet. Love your garden. With the tick plague going on, I have been avoiding my overgrown flowebeds. I was laughing at the geese at work today, the goslings are bigger than softball sized, but still fuzzy.
