Hello and welcome to another edition of "I Like Thursdays"! Today we celebrate good things and fill the internet with positive energy. Be sure to check out other bloggers and our hostess at Not Afraid of Color!
We had good weather this past week. We even got to sit out with neighbors as the dogs frolicked! It felt wonderful! It's cooler today and raining but we don't care as we had a wonderful few days!
I like baseball! My husband and I are enjoying watching spring training games. It's the one thing we watch together on tv!
Lucky has come a long way since we adopted him. He's more food secure and he very much likes his schedule (and if you forget--he reminds you). He is not adapting to the time change and even stayed in bed one day until 9 a.m. Brad and I are both up early but he didn't care. He was going to sleep! 😄😄😄We couldn't stop giggling at him.
I really loved the fashions of the 1940s and I didn't mind when similar styles returned in the 1980s. I didn't even mind the shoulder pads! It was fun!
I liked the feedsack dresses too:
Have a safe and happy weekend!

I used to love the shoulder pads! I have very small shoulders and needed them!!
I have very square shoulders and the shoulder pads made me look like a football player -ha!
It's twitterpated time! The cardinals arrived a week or two ago. :-)
I loved the 30s-40s look - I look great in an A-line dress and I love the flowing trousers. :-)
girl, I loved shoulder pads, they make your waist look slimmer too!
Lucky, it was a lucky day when you found each other. We are so excited we found our new poodle, but no name seems to fit him, of course it's only been about a month, he's still showing us who he is. He wasn't allowed to be himself in the other house just defend himself from the other multitude of dogs. He loves being petted, and is still sleeping a lot, but last night he got the zoomies and ran our yard like a greyhound!! good sign. He may be sore this morning as he got up, and went right back to a bed after peeing.
