Because I don't have enough of my own UFOs (just kidding, I really have a ton), I have to finish other people's work. I picked up and finished this little embroidered piece and then framed it for a small wall hanging.
Another finish for an upcoming program. This one is also a wall hanging and I wanted to go out of my comfort zone by using colors I'm not normally comfortable with (ORANGE) and solids at that!
My life has been chaotic lately, to say the least. Mother has been in and out of the hospital, we have been watching her dogs and things are just upside down here. I even finished another piece but for the life of me, I can't figure out where I put it. I keep sewing on though and hope to post another photo tomorrow of a lap quilt I am gifting today.
Have a wonderful day and think spring!

Oh no - you're doing it again - making me want to make another little cottage quilt!!! That is so darling! Crayons?
I love your solids quilt. The colors are stunning. Good for you on going out of your comfort zone, you did it brilliantly! I'm sorry to hear about your mum, what's wrong??? I'll be praying for her!
Pretty finishes, Mickie - I think I've seen the poppy design in the wilds of the internet at some point in (recent? not recent?) history - it rings a bell for me :) I hope your mom gets better soon, and I hope Seamus is having fun (?) playing with the other puppers :D For some reason I thought Greta was your mom's only dog, but I guess not!
So cute, Mickie. I can hardly believe how many projects you manage to finish. You make me feel like a slug!
