We've been proud of Senator Specter for a long time. He has often taken the unpopular position because he has believed it is right for the country and right for the great state of Pennsylvania. Democrats are the majority here in Pennsylvania but we love this Senator. He makes us proud and did so again tonight by supporting the stimulus package. He's strong enough to be bipartisan when many Republicans appear to be posturing idealogy. We don't need rhetoric, we need action. Anyway, I just think it is good to affirm what pleases us as a people and not just complain. So--- Thanks Senator. You do us proud!Friday, February 6, 2009
