The last tulips of the spring are beginning to fade and the rose bushes are full of buds. This weekend the weigela began blooming!
My garden happiness today is actually Denise's garden. I was mowing and looked over at her border and thought how perfect it looked right now, so much so that I took two photos of it, doesn't it look restful?
I did some gardening today but after weeks of hard physical work and a quilt show, I'm ready for a break. Think I will just relax and work on embroidery, at least during the next few rainy days. I do have a couple of programs to do this week but I can live with everything else for now. Hope you have a great day!

Your gardens are ahead of ours - my tulips won't be up for a few more weeks - they're late blooming ones - they always come up after everybody else's are finished blooming, lol. When I go out for my walks though I see lots of spring flowers - tulips and hyacinths and daffodils - this is a lovely time of the year! But we definitely don't have as much colour and greenery as you!
Beautiful garden....I love this time of year! I'm so glad you're going to get some rest, girl!
I am way behind in my gardening so it is nice to see a garden that is weeded! I love your lily of the valley, one of my favorites!
