Our dog and baby Scout is really sick. She became ill on Tuesday and has been in the hospital since Wednesday.
She is suffering from a tick borne disease that is attacking her red blood cells. Her best chance of survival is a new drug that is being given to her through IV. The drug gives her a 50/50 chance of survival.
If you could remember her in your prayers, I would really appreciate it.

Oh Dear, not good news. But it sounds like your Scout is in good hands and receiving the best of care. I'm sincerely hoping too that she pulls through. Dogs are amazingly strong, Michele. Ticks are a concern in our part of the world too.
Animals have amazing powers of recuperation. I'm betting on Scout. Prayers for her and you all.
Oh my! Your post got my attention because my son has a beagle named Scout. I’m praying the medicine will help your baby recover! Scary times!
