I Like Thursday: June 18, 2020

Good morning!   Today is "I like Thursday" and for more positive energy and blog posts, visit LeeAnna

I like my husband.  As I mentioned in an earlier post, I sprained my ankle and wrist and he's been covering the dog walking.  Speaking of injuries, this is the first morning since I fell that I didn't have to take advil first thing in the morning so the healing process is beginning!

It's been an amazing season for roses.  Before I fell, I was really enjoying walks in the neighborhood.  The air smelled of roses and peonies and it was such a wonderful fragrance!

I like pretty sunsets.  Here is last night's show:

I like some of the new shows on HGTV particularly "House Hunters:  Comedians on Couches" which is hilarious!

I like rainy days and hopefully we will get some rain during the next few days.

I don't have much else to report because I've been resting.  Have a great day and stay safe!

So glad you're resting and healing, Michelle! I love all the roses around our neighborhood, too, and what a beautiful sunset you captured. Take care!

Oh, we need some rain, too! The lawn is so dry. I'm glad your ankle is healing - hopefully you can be walking around the neighborhood again soon. Love your sunset. :-)

Great likes. I agree, I would like some rain too. I am tired of watering my flowers and veggies every other day. Get better.

Our heat has been bringing the roses into bloom quickly. And it has been dry here too with no rain now till late next week we are told. I'm having to use hoses front and back for watering but I'm not complaining...too much, :) Sunsets are so awesome and you caught a dandy.

Hi Michele! I have been enjoying House Hunter with the comedians as well. I crack up when they say, you can't change the paint color. Duh! They do say things that we've been thinking for years. HAHA! I'm so glad to hear your ankle is on the mend. You'll have to be gentle with it for another three weeks or so. ~smile~ Roseanne

I never heard of that show! I like comment shows like that. TLC does that on 90 day fiance and it makes us both laugh out loud
