I like the BBC show "Death in Paradise" and this past week, I watched a spin-off called, "Beyond Paradise". It was good and I enjoyed it. What's even better--another season has been booked!

LeeAnna's prompt this week is what calming exercises have you used in the past to maintain a level mood?
I walk. I walk a lot as a matter of fact and even more so when I'm stressed. I also sew but a more physical thing I do to keep equilibrium is garden. There is nothing like whacking back bushes or attacking weeds to soothe my restless soul. Plus, gardening has instant results; you can see immediately how much better things look!

Lastly, I have to share some dog humor! Lucky is only 25-26 lbs and he fits nicely on my lap for his naps. I now try to put all I will need around me...phones, tablet, etc.

I had no idea Death in Paradise had a spin off. I'll have to check that out.
I will look for those shows. Love the dog quotes!
One of my cats always sleeps next to me so I try to keep all I need within arm's reach. Dogs and cats can be similar!!
