To-Do-List: May 19, 2020

Not much has been accomplished in the sewing room.  The truth is I've been working most days outside in the garden and when I come in the house, it is either too hot in the attic to sew or I'm just tuckered out.

But at least I did get 14 of my waterlilies pieced before I rotary cut my finger yesterday.

I'm hoping to be half-done with the flowers by next Tuesday.  There are a lot of pieces to this quilt (at least the way I want to make it) so I may take a while yet.  It's a good June month project!  Maybe the waterlilies at the park will be actually blooming by the time I'm done with the first part of the quilt?

Linking up to Roseanne and To-do Tuesday!

I love the first picture in your post today, Michele! What kind of flowers are those? The water lily block is really pretty - looking forward to seeing more of that quilt! Have a great day!

Hi Michele! I can honestly say that I didn't know waterlilies bloom . . . duh. You pieced block sure looks like just the perfect interpretation. I love the blue background! Thanks for linking up this week. ~smile~ Roseanne
