Greetings and welcome to another edition of "I like Thursdays" hosted by LeeAnna of Not Afraid of Color.
This week we changed the clocks back. I don't really mind this year. The first half of the day is when everything happens here and I'd much rather have sunshine in the morning.
Weather wise, we were grateful that we received some rain last week. Unfortunately it was so windy afterwards that much of the soil dried out quickly. Between the rain and the snow, a lot of leaves fell. It reminded me of this meme:😀
I finished a top this week! I've been working on it this fall. This will be a donation quilt.
I'm now working on cleaning the sewing room again. Those 2.5 inch squares generated a lot of lint and thread. But it was so worth it because I used so many of the squares from my scrap box!
Honestly, I'd rather listen to music when I'm in my sewing room. But if I do listen to a podcast, my favorite podcast is "Haptic and Hue". The podcast focuses on textile history.
